Arkanna is the moniker of Scottish singer-songwriter and music producer Gill Brown. Her compositions born from the threads of personal and spiritual growth, provide a soothing balm for the soul, encouraging listeners to discover their own interpretations and insights. Her sound blends atmospheric textures and haunting vocals with elements of trip hop and downtempo.

Inspired by a desire to broaden her musical horizons beyond the acoustic realm where she began, Arkanna delved into electronic music production. This leap allowed her to fuse her musical influences and create something unique.

Following numerous independent releases and remixes by artists such as Kaya Project, Arkanna's voice is also showcased in albums from Kick Bong and Side Liner both under the Greek Downtempo and Psychill label, Cosmicleaf Records. In February 2023, she unveiled her inaugural EP entitled "Hermetic Light," skillfully mastered by Psy/Breaks pioneer Hedflux (Luminus Music).
